The following are our suggestions and customer favorites for cake flavors and fillings; however, a variety of other butter cream flavors and fillings are available upon request. Cakes may also be filled with a variety of fresh seasonal fruits, depending on their availability! Outside our famous buttercream frostings, other cake finishes available include fondant, white chocolate fondant, chocolate ganache, white chocolate ribbon, hand made edible sugar paste flowers, hand made sugar paste leaves, or a custom addition based on your ideal design!
As for our ingredients, we use the freshest products to ensure you have the best quality. We work with farmers in the local area as often as possible, especially in the spring/summer months. For example, all of our dairy is hormone/steroid free and comes from a small farm in Rochdale, Massachusetts known as Cooper's Hilltop Farm.
Strawberry Genoise
A traditional European sponge cake made with fresh orange juice in the cake batter which makes it light and airy. We layer this favorite with vanilla buttercream and fresh sliced strawberries.
Lemon Buttermilk
A moist lemon cake made with freshly grated lemon zest and buttermilk layered with thin layers of lemon curd and lemon butter cream and a vanilla butter cream finish.
Devil’s Food Chocolate
A dense and rich chocolate lover’s cake layered with bittersweet chocolate butter cream inside and finished with vanilla butter cream on the outside.
Chocolate Espresso Devil’s Food
Our traditional devil’s food chocolate cake with a twist! We add mouth-watering chocolate ganache and espresso butter cream.
Carrot Cake
A spiced carrot cake made with shredded carrots, toasted walnuts, and raisins. We also layer this cake with fresh pineapple, tangy cream cheese frosting, and finish it with our yummy buttercream frosting.
Red Velvet
For this traditional Southern favorite we take layers of rich red velvet cake and fill it with cream cheese frosting.
