For their wedding, Julia and Steve wanted a cake that would highlight their contemporary uniqueness while simultaneously leaving everyone speechless. Together we designed this three tiered chocolate cake layered with bittersweet chocolate ganache on the inside, covered with dark chocolate fondant on the outside, and decorated with handmade sugar paste flowers and it worked! The cake came out even better than they had envisioned!
